A fixed frequency screw compressor operation with at the same PRM at all times, instead of adjusting the speed of the motor, the fixed frequency air compressor adjusts the air inlet valve to let more or less air out depending on CFM requirements. Even when compressed air needs air low, the motor is always operating at the same speed, so it is always ready to meet the highest CFM it is rated for.
As its name shows, a fixed speed air compressor operates with a consistent-or fixed-voltage and frequency; If your factory runs with 24/7 and there is no apparent fluctuation in your production cycle, then the energy consumption will be relatively stable. So a fixed speed screw compressor may be an ideal choice.
1. According to the design concept of the big rotor, big bearing and low speed, all the models choose the direct-drive design, the low speed, reduce the failure rate, provide the long service life for screw air-end.
2. Adopts direct-drive transmission methods provide high transmission efficiency.
3. Imported coupling, easy for installation, the elastic body is under uniform stress, have a longer service life.
4. The oil Injection port and oil return port, adopts the newest research achievement, the internal pressure is reasonable, and the oil and gas heat exchange are sufficient.
