Refrigerated air dryer is drying through cooling. It cools the compressed air from upstream to certain dew point temperature,condensates most of liquid water with dust and oil,and then drains out of the machine through gas/liquid separator so as to get the dried finished air from its outlet.
Refrigerated Dryer Advantages
Ripple pipelines of the heat exchanger increase the using rate of cooling air.
Evaporator is made from laminose copper pipeline with aluminum flake, high eficiency and low energy consumption.
Good drainage system, drain out lots of condensate water and oil, so as to keep clean and dry compressed air.
Easy for installation and free-maintenance.
Condenser made from fin copper, good heat exchanging rate without freeze and jam.
